Mo Rocca at Gen Con 2011

Somehow I had completely missed this clip until NOW. Stumbling around the Internet, who knows what you are are going to find. And today it is Mo Rocca (formerly of The Daily Show and now apparently on CBS Good Morning) investigating the evolving world of board games.

It's sometimes hard to believe there are still folks out there limited in board game experience to Monopoly and Operation. Super star board game celebrity Scott Nicholson also gives an appearance, and imparts some new trivia to the world about Candyland's connection to Polio. I was entirely unaware.

Again, this has been available online for a little under one year, somehow under my radar.

Who am I kidding, I don't have radar.

Thank goodness Rocca plays it straight for the most part, only allowing the camera to occasionally linger on a fully-costumed cat person among the game players.

Now I'm going to have to go research Piece o' Cake.
